A creative agency by the sea in beautiful North Devon. A friendly, dedicated bunch of designers, thinkers, tech wizards and communicators, inspired to provide creative solutions and an all-round great experience for our clients.
We create brands that connect with people, design great looking, high performing websites and produce all of the hard-hitting marketing collateral in between.
We are super lucky to work with some awesome clients, both large and small - here in the UK and abroad. They partner with us because we do what it takes to ‘get under the bonnet’ of their business and truly understand what makes them tick. By doing that, we can create stunning work that really reflects them.

Katie Jennings
Managing Director
One of the founding members of Roots Creative, Katie handles all things administration and organisation! As Managing Director she rallies the troops, manages accounts and ensures deadlines and budgets are met. Katie gets things done and will make sure everything is ready on time.
Elliot Christopher
Marketing Director
Elliot brings 15 years in marketing experience. Heading up the client services at Roots, he is responsible for ensuring all clients receive the best in customer experience, website & brand thinking and creative output and are delighted with every project we deliver.
Paul Tomline
Design Lead
Paul acquired an impressive bank of inside knowledge during his 30 years experience in the print and design industry. An advocate for the highest creative standards, his previous experience is from luxury experiential design in superyachts to the luxury property sector.
Myles Patterson
Marketing & Web Specialist
Myles is a well-rounded marketing specialist and all round nice guy! Creating campaigns and strategies, generating leads, web development and much more. All with as much love as he gives his beloved cats.
Tyrone Byrne
Web Developer
Tye has always felt most comfortable behind a screen and has channeled that passion into web design. His philosophy is that a great website centers around the user journey and experience. Challenges excite him and he is always game for researching solutions.
Simon Smith
Senior Developer
Simon is a true digital native. He has worked on major site builds for Clients such as Sky, B&Q, Lebara Mobile, Vodafone, Walpole, Greene King and Royal Foundation. He understands what it takes to create a strong and versatile platform that stands the test of time.
Shayla Webster
Marketing Executive
Shayla’s our new degree apprentice. When she’s not working on social strategies, website amends and project management, she’s likely to be keeping up to date with the latest fashion & beauty trends!
Cicero Jennings-May
Security Guard
Originally hired to clean the stairwell, Cicero the sausage dog surprised everyone with his confident no-nonsense approach to security. He was promoted on day one.
