John Smale & Co are a long established estate agent, they came to Roots as their old brand had got a bit tired over time and they needed a refresh!
They wanted a brand that would be noticeable as you drive past a for sale board at 30mph or scrolling through rightmove. They also needed the brand to apply to a wide audience as they have a diverse property portfolio. But above all, the brand had to convey that they are one of the most professional and customer friendly estate agents in the region. We are really happy with the bright route chosen that is super impactful and really stands out.
As usual very helpful, nothing is too much trouble and the end result was even better than I envisaged.
