Ultimate Stag & Hens
2018 to today
The Ultimate Adventure Centre (UAC) in North Devon is a highly rated provider of adventure activities. Looking to greatly increase the number of groups staying at the Centre and taking part in their activities, the UAC put together a range of specialist Stag & Hen packages.
They looked to Roots to put in place the marketing, advertising and website they needed to sell those packages.
Step 1. Website
When we approach any website build, the first thing we need to assess is; who are we building it for? The customers.
Who are they, what do we know about their customer profile and what do they want from this business? All those questions begin to shape how the Ultimate Stag and Hens website was to be built, how it needed to look and what functionality it needs.
Customers are looking for a fun and approachable company that can still provide a reliable service. They want a company they can trust to deliver that memorable weekend….
Step 2. Lead Generation
So, with a well crafted website in our hands, we needed to get it out into the world (well, across the UK at least!).
The focal of the strategy for lead generation was Facebook and Facebook remarketing. Early research flagged Google Ads as an expensive and competitive market place in a saturated industry so we needed to chase a lower cost per enquiry through alternative roots.
Through Facebook alone in the first 6 months of the project, there were over 400 deals on the Pipeline at a cost per deal of £14.27 and each deal averaged a value of £1,900.
Step 3. CRM Integration
We took this project an extra step to aid an inexperienced sales team in taking potential deals and driving them home to become WON deals. By integrating their new website with SharpSpring, our favoured CRM and marketing automation platform, we were able to make sure that every lead was kept hot through a series of nuture campaigns until the team could get them on the phone.
From personalised automation mailers to blog promotion and automated task reminders for the team, we were able to reassure our client that we had put a system in place that maximized his ROI.
